Stronger Organizations. Healthier Workforces. Better Supported Responders

Understanding the Need. Building the Solution.

Public safety organizations face growing challenges—from staffing and workforce stress to changing expectations and increasingly complex demands on personnel and leadership.

Guardian Public Safety Solutions partners with public safety leaders to identify needs, strengthen what is already working, and turn priorities into practical solutions that can be put into action.

Through organizational consulting, program development, workforce wellness initiatives, and the evaluation of resources and services, Guardian helps agencies move from identifying what needs to change to making meaningful change happen.

How Guardian Can Help

Every public safety organization is different. Guardian works with leadership to understand what is already in place, identify needs and opportunities, and turn priorities into practical solutions that can be put into action.

Trusted by Public Safety Leaders

"While serving in a leadership role with The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth, Julie provided critical-incident support to our officers during an extraordinarily difficult time. She also helped us hire and develop an embedded clinician program and secure grant funding for department-wide trauma-informed de-escalation training. Julie’s clinical expertise, understanding of public safety culture, and genuine commitment to officers have made her a trusted and valued partner.”

Our work together demonstrated Julie’s ability to bring behavioral health and law enforcement professionals together to develop practical solutions that benefit officers and the communities they serve.”

"While working with The Lincoln Center, Julie played an instrumental role in helping us develop and staff a co-responder position tailored to the needs of our department and community. She also provided and supervised a clinician who delivered training, consultation, and crisis support to our officers. Julie understood both the clinical needs of the work and the realities of law enforcement, and she was a trusted and responsive partner throughout the process.”

Guardian Public Safety Solutions is partnering with the East Lansdowne Police Department to assess and strengthen its officer wellness program.

The engagement includes evaluating existing policies, programs, and resources; identifying opportunities to strengthen officer support; and working with department leadership to develop practical, actionable recommendations tailored to the needs of the agency.

As part of the assessment process, Julie spends time learning directly from the people and environments she serves—including riding alongside officers to better understand their day-to-day experiences and organizational needs.
